Payment:
Payments can be made online through our secure payment system.
All live courses are fully confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
A receipt will be provided after payment is processed.
Refunds and Cancellations:
No refunds or cancellations are allowed once a booking is made.
If you are unable to attend, you may request a full refund only if you find a replacement participant who books and pays for your place.
The refund will be processed only after the replacement participant has completed their booking and payment.
All date changes or swaps are subject to a £35 administration fee, payable before the transfer can be completed.
Date swaps are not permitted within the final 21 days prior to the course start date.
Booking Agreement:
By booking a place on the course, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Any special offers applied at the time of booking cannot be applied retrospectively to previous bookings.
